3. Vision never executes trades

Vision does not place, route or execute orders, does not hold funds or assets, and does not connect to an exchange account to trade for you. Any trade you make, you make yourself, on a platform of your choice.

4. Market data may be wrong or delayed

Prices and other market data come from third-party sources. They can be incomplete, late, revised or wrong, and a chart can show gaps. Vision shows where each price comes from so you can judge it, but we do not guarantee that any data is accurate, complete or current. Do not rely on Vision as your only source.

5. Your account

• Sign in only with an account that belongs to you, and keep your sign-in methods secure.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your access or let others use your account.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• copy, resell or redistribute Vision’s market data or output, except as these terms allow;
• scrape, overload, probe or disrupt the service, or try to get around access controls;

8. Our service
